  • Refunds or exchanges will be considered exclusively for manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition, packaging, and garment bag.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece and the use of natural materials such as cowhide hair leather, natural variations in texture, hair pattern, or finish are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects.

How to Take Your Measurements

For the most accurate fit, measure your hand following the diagram below. Use a flexible tape measure and keep it comfortably snug, but not tight.

  • Hand circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your back.

  • Hand lengh: measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit over long gloves.
