Returns & Exchanges
1. Eligibility
Every Levoque piece is made to order brought into being for you, and you alone. For this reason, all pre-order items are final sale.
To be considered for a return, ready-to-ship items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. A piece that has met the world cannot come back to us unchanged.
2. Exchanges
Each garment is cut after your order is placed shaped by your choice, your measurements, your silence before you pressed confirm. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges.
We ask that you take a quiet moment with our size guide before ordering. The form that awaits you deserves to find its true measure.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives broken, flawed, or not what you ordered, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund with no hesitation.
