At Levoque, every order is packed with care and shipped to reach you safely wherever you are.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

3. International Orders — Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, and duties imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We work with trusted shipping carriers to get your order to you on time. However, once a package leaves our facility, transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please reach out to us — we’ll investigate and do everything we can to make it right.
