How to Take Your Measurements

For the most accurate fit, measure your body following the diagram below. Use a flexible tape measure and keep it comfortably snug, but not tight.

  • 1 - Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your back.

  • 2 - Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point, typically just above the belly button.
